Believe it or not, Real Estate Inventory is down contrary to most media coverage and the so called Shadow Inventory, which banks are holding, has failed to materialize at this point.  Currently the active supply of properties in the valley is between 2-4 months worth of Inventory.  This is considered a normal amount of inventory in good times and prices have bottomed out and in some cases property values have started to increase.  Click on Market Trends Tab for more info.
